US Take It Down Act Compliance Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Fundollz complies with the TAKE IT DOWN Act, which provides protections for victims of non-consensual intimate imagery and requires online platforms to remove identified content within specified timeframes.
Under this policy, any individual who believes that intimate visual depictions of themselves have been published without consent on this platform may submit a removal request. Upon receiving a valid request, Fundollz will remove the identified content expeditiously.
To submit a TAKE IT DOWN Act removal request, use the Contact Us form and select "Content Removal" as the subject. Include identifying information about the content and a statement confirming that you are the individual depicted and that the content was published without your consent.
Fundollz will also make reasonable efforts to identify and remove copies of the reported content that appear elsewhere on our platform. Individuals who submit fraudulent removal requests may be subject to legal action.
For additional resources, you may also report non-consensual content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
